All of our jewelry has a 90 (ninety) day limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers any possible defects that may arise from manufacture, but under no circumstances those caused by misuse by the customer (see our Care section to learn more about their correct use and cleaning). You must submit a proof of purchase (purchase receipt, or invoice).
With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such products (or the defective part) free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective products. We cannot guarantee the lead time for repair, replacement or refund of the product.

For avoidance of doubt, we will not be held responsible for any repairs, replacements, or refunds under the warranty service until an email confirmation is sent to you.
