RepairsIn the event that your piece has suffered some kind of damage, you have lost a trinket/charm or you need any type of repair, please Contact Us with proof of purchase (invoice or order number) so that we can assess its repair. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any or all repairs, if the damage is a result of misuse by the customer (see our CARE section to learn more of the correct use of our pieces).
Once we assess its repair, the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs (shipping it to us and return shipping) and any additional costs that may arise from labor and materials so that the repair(s) can be carried out. Please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE department (remember that it is imperative that you have proof of purchase) if you have any questions. |
